We loved its lovely breakfasts!
Came here for 3 nights with my wife, everything was EXCELLENT. The staff was nice, as well as host. It was a marvellous location for me, so close to wineries/caves, beach and shops and wineries, and flowers blooming.

First of all it is a very comfortable, cozy, luxurious b&B. The owners (Dirk and Pam) are excellent and gave us very useful tips in what to do and where to go in Margaret River. Lovely cooked breakfast in morning to get us ready for the day. Large and comfortable 'Grand Room' to relax in, with a large flat screen tv plus computer to surf the net. Last but not least the very friendly and loving Labrapoodle Bella who always want a play and a pat from us.
None that I can think of.

Comfortable lounge area with a large TV.Nice breakfasts.Big spa was a bonus
Child in room next to ours and doors not very soundproof so we had noise and were woken early in the morning. Also the family walked out to the garden on the Sunday all talking very loudly and this woke us at 8:40 am. Not great if you are there to relax and unwind. Should advertise more as a farm stay family venue

The owner of the b&b, Derrick, was very hospitable. He ensured that our stay was comfortable and would not hesitate to recommend places of interests such as winery, nougat farms, etc or answer our queries on Margaret River. The surrounding of the b&b was quiet and tranquil. The room that we stayed was designed with taste, clean and very well kept. The bathroom was comparatively large compared to the places that we stayed in at wa. There was even a jacuzzi integrated with the bath tub which overlooked into the garden. We loved the breakfast that Derrick and his assistant prepared. Besides cereals and yogurt, they would prepare hot breakfast for each individual guest every morning. The scrambled eggs, poached eggs and home made bread were lovely.

Glorious rural woodland setting just off the Caves Road, yet minutes from Margaret River. The rooms are delightful, and the guest area is beautiful - a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the generous breakfast. Nothing could have been too much trouble for our host, I would love to return there and spend more time.

The host, Dirk, was especially affable and knowledgeable about the places to see and do in Margaret River. His lovable dog, Bella, made us smile with her playful antics and friendliness. I miss stroking her beautiful shaggy, white fur! The living room was just like living in a luxurious home, with a large flat-screen tv and sofas and games included, and all the guest bedrooms were perfectly decorated in warm, earthly tones. I took the opportunity to try out the Jacuzzi bath and really pampered myself! Even the beds had heaters with adjustable settings in them so my family and I were warmly tucked in despite the cool winter night. The hospitality received was certainly superb - especially with the complimentary muffins, gourmet breakfast made to order, and the packed sandwiches for lunch. We were certainly sad to leave at the end. It was even better than staying at a hotel.
